CL-FISH of Vietnam and Altaj International Holding Co. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding under an exclusive arrangement appointing Altaj to lead CL-FISH market development and commercial expansion in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The MoU sets a framework for building CL-FISH presence in Saudi Arabia through structured partner engagement, channel development, and long-term customer relationships across the food service and retail landscape.
CL-FISH is a Vietnamese producer specializing in pangasius farming and processing, with more than 25 years of industry experience. The company operates an integrated model that includes aquaculture farms and processing capacity, supported by internationally recognized food safety and sustainability certifications.
Under the MoU, Altaj will act as the exclusive partner for Saudi Arabia, supporting market entry strategy, commercial introductions, and go to market execution. Altaj will also coordinate local requirements and alignment with Saudi market standards, including buyer qualification and supply chain planning.
